Office Live Workspace will allow users to post many different types of files and grant other users read-only or read-write access to those files. In this screen shot, a user has placed files related to a fictitious organization called the Contoso Foundation into an Office Live Workspace. Using a Web browser, the user can perform various actions on the file, such as viewing , renaming , or opening it in the appropriate desktop application. A blurb at the top of the page shows permissions for all the files on the workspace—in this case, the creator of the Workspace has not yet shared any files. The navigation panel on the left side lets the user navigate to other shared Workspaces for other projects.
