Microsoft has announced a 2010 Professional Developer Conference (PDC) focused on cloud services, particularly its Windows Azure cloud-based infrastructure and storage platform. Planned for Oct. 28—29, 2010, the PDC will be hosted at Microsoft's Redmond, WA, headquarters.
