Extended hotfix support

Extended Hotfix Support, at one time a benefit of having active SA (Software Assurance) coverage for on-premises licenses, waived certain fees associated with nonsecurity hotfixes for products in the Extended support lifecycle phase. It now applies only to SA customers whose current SA coverage periods were started prior to July 2017. Since SA coverage periods rarely last for more than three years, Extended hotfix support will be completely phased out by mid-2020.
