Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update 1

Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Spring Update 1 introduces advanced mobile field service and maintenance capabilities to help field staff work independently, project management features that help plan and track long-running projects, and updates to mobile applications that enable offline use for remote users. Other improvements include Web portal design tools that can extend CRM processes to external customers and partners. Many of the new features require add-on subscriptions, and some will require integration with other solutions to be effective.
