Microsoft MyAnalytics, called Office 365 Delve Analytics prior to a rebranding in the second half of 2016, is an online service designed to help users understand how they spend their work time by providing metrics on activities that either take place within Office 365 (such as e-mail) or are scheduled through Office 365 (such as meetings). The intent is that by allowing people to reflect on how much time they spend processing email, in meetings, or outside normal working hours, for example, they can make adjustments to become more effective.
