VDA Device SL

A VDA Device SL (Subscription Licenses) allows a client device to be used by any user to access Windows Client OSs running within server-hosted virtual desktops (also known as VDI, virtual desktop infrastructure). In many cases, it also provides the right to install and run Windows Enterprise edition locally on the licensed device. All use rights associated with these Per-Device licenses are non-perpetual, meaning they terminate if the subscription is allowed to lapse. VDA Device SLs are very similar to Windows Enterprise Per Device offerings (differences highlighted below).
