Some PBXes Cut Off from Exchange Online Voice Mail

Most third-party PBX systems will be cut off from Exchange Online Unified Messaging in July 2018. Exchange Online Unified Messaging (UM) offers Microsoft-hosted voice mail and related services for a variety of private branch exchange (PBX) enterprise phone systems. The cutoff affects PBXes that connect to Exchange Online UM through session border controllers, network security devices commonly used for voice traffic.
