Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is a label given to a collection of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) online service applications that run together in a customer’s tenancy, sharing a common storage infrastructure that contains databases, files, and log entries. These core business applications in the Dynamics 365 Services line-up are primarily licensed separately via their own User SLs (Subscription Licenses) and Device SLs, with additional storage-related fees if certain default thresholds are exceeded.
