Dynamics 365 Online to Limit Version Support in 2019

The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations online services will support only a single service version starting in early 2019. Customers will have to accept more frequent upgrades, which means more testing of customizations and re-certification of systems for regulatory compliance. Currently, both services allow customers to remain on a service version if it is no more than one version behind the most current major version.
