Customer Engagement Removes InsideView Insights

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will discontinue the use of InsideView Insights, a third-party service that provides customer and contact analysis, on Aug. 15, 2019. InsideView Insights is being removed from Dynamics 365 packaging in favor of a set of built-in machine learning features, AI for Sales, which is currently in preview. Customer Engagement is Microsoft's hosted service for customer relationship management (CRM), sales, marketing, customer service, and field service activities.
