Dynamics 365 Customer Service is an online service for helpdesks and call centers to route customer service queries, record interactions and track cases through resolution, populate self-service knowledge bases, and evaluate and manage performance and productivity. One of several Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement-labeled offerings, Dynamics 365 Customer Service is licensed via several levels of User SLs (Subscription Licenses) as well as a Device SL, and there are additional storage-related fees if certain default thresholds are exceeded.
