Dynamics 365 Field Service

Dynamics 365 Field Service is an online service that provides features for field service teams to track service issues, create work orders, dispatch and coordinate field technicians, and manage inventories of spare parts. One of several Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement-labeled offerings, Dynamics 365 Field Service is licensed via two levels of User SLs (Subscription Licenses) as well as a Device SL, and there are additional storage-related fees if certain default thresholds are exceeded.
