Dynamics 365 Remote Assist

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is an online service that helps field service personnel resolve support issues by sharing onsite video with home-office specialists via a Microsoft HoloLens device. Home-office specialists can direct HoloLens users on how to resolve issues by adding objects (such as indicator arrows) to HoloLens users’ field of view. The service is sold standalone via User SLs (Subscription Licenses). The HoloLens hardware device is purchased separately or can be acquired via a Dynamics 365 Remote Assist with HoloLens bundle User SL.
