Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Begins Unified Interface Update

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft’s customer relationship management and sales offering, will start updating customers to the new Unified Interface starting in Jan. 2020. The Unified Interface replaces the classic Web interface with a new layout that reduces the number of screens required to complete common tasks. It is also used in the Web and mobile device applications, providing a consistent interface. However, the Unified Interface does not include all the functionality of the previous interface, deprecates some features, and may not be compatible with older customizations.
