Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Releases Chat Bots

Dynamics 365 Virtual Agents for Customer Service is a Microsoft-hosted platform that provides a no-code interface for creating, running, and managing chat bots that help consumers resolve problems independently of service agents, which could improve consumer satisfaction and reduce call center cost. The service, which became generally available in Jan. 2020, is part of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which includes customer relationship management (CRM) and Sales applications.
