Microsoft Lists within Teams

Microsoft Lists is a new set of information-tracking applications that are based on technology already available as SharePoint lists. The applications include Web-based, mobile, and Teams-based apps. Shown here is an example of Microsoft Lists running within Teams. This list is being used as a human resources (HR) recruiting tool. Columns show the name and position for each recruit as text, a custom “Status” column based on where they are in the hiring process, a “People” field showing the interviewer, and a long text field with interview notes.
