Real-Time Customer Journey Maps in Dynamics 365

Real-time customer journey maps enable direct interactions with customers. The screen shot describes the sequence of events when a customer enters a retail store and is recognized as belonging to a loyalty program. If so, the customer is offered either an exclusive offer or personalized recommendations; if not, the customer is offered an incentive to sign up for the loyalty program. Analytics (on the right) show the overall success rate of the promotion.
